2. Eligibility and account requirements
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to hold an account. You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials confidential, and remain responsible for activity under your account. Minors may participate in adventures only when booked and supervised by a responsible adult.
4. Provider responsibilities
Providers are independent businesses. Providers are responsible for delivering the adventure as described, holding required licenses and permits, maintaining insurance, complying with wildlife, land use, maritime, aviation, and safety law, and supervising their staff and guides.
5. Marketplace role of URNXT Adventure
URNXT Adventure operates a marketplace that connects customers with independent providers. Except where expressly stated, URNXT Adventure is not the provider, guide, outfitter, landowner, or operator of any adventure, and does not own, control, or supervise provider operations.
6. Listing accuracy
Providers must describe their adventures, inclusions, exclusions, difficulty, equipment, capacity, and location characteristics accurately. Inaccurate or misleading listings may be corrected, unpublished, or removed.
8. Deposits
Reservations may require a deposit at checkout. Deposits secure inventory and are applied to the reservation total. Deposit refundability is governed by the applicable cancellation policy shown before payment.
9. Balance payments
Any remaining balance is due by the date shown on your reservation. Unpaid balances may result in cancellation and forfeiture of amounts already paid, to the extent allowed by the applicable cancellation policy.
11. Taxes
Applicable taxes and government charges are calculated and displayed before payment. Providers remain responsible for their own tax registration, reporting, and remittance obligations.
12. Provider payouts
Provider payouts are processed through our payment partner after the applicable settlement conditions are met. Payout eligibility depends on the provider completing identity, business, and banking verification with the payment partner.
13. Cancellation policies
Each listing displays the cancellation policy that applies to it. The policy in effect at the time of booking governs the reservation.
14. Refunds
Refunds are calculated according to the applicable cancellation policy, less non-refundable fees where disclosed. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
15. Weather cancellations
Outdoor conditions may make an adventure unsafe or impossible. Where a provider cancels for weather or unsafe conditions, the provider's published weather policy governs rescheduling or refund.
16. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is subject to provider availability and the applicable change policy. Price differences may apply.
17. No-shows
Failure to appear at the stated time and place, or arriving unfit to participate, may be treated as a no-show with no refund, subject to the applicable policy.
19. Customer conduct
You must follow all safety instructions, refrain from unlawful activity, and treat providers, guides, staff, other participants, animals, and property with respect. Intoxication or unsafe behavior may end participation without refund.
21. Land use reservations
Adventures on private, leased, or managed land are subject to the landowner's rules, seasonal restrictions, and access windows. Land use reservations grant limited, revocable access for the booked activity only.
22. Private property access
You may access only the areas identified by the provider, during the times identified, for the booked activity. You may not bring unregistered guests, and you may not record or publish access routes, gate codes, or maps.
23. Location confidentiality
Exact coordinates, access instructions, and private property details are confidential. They are released only after the required payment conditions are satisfied, and they may not be shared, resold, or published.
24. Waivers and assumption of risk
Providers may require signed waivers, releases, and assumption-of-risk acknowledgements before participation. Refusal to sign a required waiver may result in denial of participation without refund.
25. Outdoor and adventure risks
Outdoor adventure activities involve inherent risks, including terrain, weather, water, wildlife, firearms and equipment where applicable, remoteness, delayed medical care, injury, and death. You voluntarily assume these risks.
26. Insurance responsibilities
Providers are responsible for maintaining commercial insurance appropriate to their operations. Customers are responsible for their own travel, medical, and trip-cancellation insurance. URNXT Adventure does not provide insurance coverage to customers or providers.
29. User-generated content
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant URNXT Adventure a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute it for the operation and promotion of the marketplace.
30. Reviews
Reviews may be submitted only by customers with a completed, verified reservation. Reviews must be truthful and must not contain private information, exact locations, or unlawful content. Incentivized or retaliatory reviews may be removed.
35. Electronic signatures
You agree that electronic acceptance, electronic waivers, and electronic signatures have the same effect as handwritten signatures.
36. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, URNXT Adventure is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for the acts or omissions of independent providers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
37. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless URNXT Adventure and its operator from claims arising out of your use of the platform, your participation in an adventure, your content, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
39. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [PLACEHOLDER: governing state] and [PLACEHOLDER: governing country], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue: [PLACEHOLDER: arbitration or court venue].
40. Changes to terms
We may revise these terms. Each revision is published as a new version with its own effective date; prior versions remain available. Material changes may require renewed acceptance before continued use.
